Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 - enemies and bounties

I had an opportunity to work on characters in the Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 game published recently by CI Games.

from 3D department were working together, alongside outsource companies.
I touched basically every single character and there are over 30 of them. This was of course a huge team work and wasn't possible to make one character from scratch. I'm gonna show examples of characters I worked most on. For the rest of existing characters I placed detail on their clothes, adjusted geometry and textures according to PBR so they were all consistent standing together.
When working on enemies I was also responsible for the variation of pouches they are wearing. We have around 3 variations for each - regular, medium and demolisher.
